Pandit Munesh and his family visited Haridwar, India, and witnessed a beautiful Bhagwan Shiva Murti that towered at 100 feet. It was then that this dream came to him to build a similarly beautiful effigy to Bhagwan Shiva in his home of Essequibo as homage to Mahadev.

Speaking to a team in India, Pandit Munesh sent them instructions on how he wanted the murti to be designed. They communicated back and forth as the murti was manufactured in sections. Pandit Munesh made adjustments on the hands, feet, face, and most notably, eyes, which are closed to give Bhagwan Shiva his serene appearance.

The murti was delivered to Spring Garden, Essequibo Coast.

Local contractors from Essequibo began the installation process.

In February 2025, the Grand Inauguration ceremony was officially completed.
